Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

These rules apply everywhere you interact with Falifi, including:

• falifi.com and any official Falifi web experience
• Falifi iOS and Android apps
• Profiles, photos, videos, prompts, and bios
• Direct messages and in-app communications
• Any other Falifi product or related service

2. Adults only — 18+

Falifi is strictly for adults aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher). You must not create or use an account if you are under 18.

We prohibit:

• Accounts belonging to minors
• Sexualization of minors in any form
• Child sexual abuse or exploitation material (CSAM/CSEM)
• Grooming or solicitation of minors
• Any content depicting minors in sexual contexts

We report child sexual exploitation material to relevant authorities as required by law. See also our Child Safety page.

3. Sexual content and sexually driven services

Falifi is for authentic dating and personal connection among consenting adults. It is not a pornography, escort, or adult-services platform.

We prohibit:

• Pornography and explicit nudity
• Sexually explicit profile content (photos, videos, prompts, or bios)
• Unsolicited sexual images or videos (including cyberflashing)
• Sexual solicitation or advertising paid sexual contact
• Prostitution, escort services, or paid sexual services
• Sugar arrangements or similar arrangements involving compensation for sexual or intimate access
• Advertising hookups or sexual services for payment

4. Consent and sexual misconduct

Consent is mandatory. We prohibit:

• Sexual coercion or pressure
• Sexual violence
• Non-consensual sexual activity or content
• Non-consensual intimate imagery (sharing or threatening to share)
• Unwanted sexual advances or sexual harassment
• Any form of sexual exploitation

5. Human trafficking and exploitation

Falifi has zero tolerance for trafficking and exploitation. We prohibit:

• Human trafficking and sex trafficking
• Facilitating, recruiting for, or promoting trafficking or exploitation
• Forced labor or sexual exploitation
• Aiding, encouraging, or enabling abuse or exploitation of others

6. Harassment, abuse, and threats

We prohibit:

• Bullying, stalking, and intimidation
• Threats of violence or harm
• Repeated unwanted contact after someone has asked you to stop
• Emotional abuse, blackmail, or extortion
• Doxxing or encouraging violence against others

7. Hate and discrimination

We prohibit content or conduct that attacks people based on protected characteristics, including through:

• Racism, sexism, or religious hatred
• Homophobia or transphobia
• Disability discrimination
• Slurs, hateful ideologies, or dehumanizing content

8. Fraud, scams, and financial exploitation

We prohibit:

• Romance scams and relationship-based fraud
• Requesting money under false pretenses
• Investment scams, phishing, or social-engineering schemes
• Impersonation for financial gain
• Fake identities used to deceive others
• Money laundering, money muling, or requesting bank/card credentials
• Any scam activity intended to defraud end-users

9. Authentic identity and impersonation

You must represent yourself honestly on Falifi. We prohibit:

• Fake accounts and catfishing
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Materially misleading age or identity information
• Using stolen photos or someone else's images without permission
• Misleading AI-generated identities intended to deceive
• Account sharing intended to mislead other users

10. Illegal activity and prohibited goods

You may not use Falifi to:

• Buy, sell, or promote illegal drugs
• Promote illegal services or facilitate criminal activity
• Engage in terrorism, extremism, or violent crime
• Traffic weapons or other illegal goods
• Violate applicable law, sanctions, or court orders

11. Commercial solicitation and spam

Falifi is for dating and personal connection — not a marketplace. We prohibit:

• Unsolicited advertising and spam
• Pyramid schemes and deceptive recruitment schemes
• Selling products or services through profiles or messages
• Solicitation for sex work
• Directing users to paid external services for deceptive or unauthorized commercial purposes

12. Privacy and personal information

Respect other people's privacy. We prohibit:

• Publishing someone else's private information without permission
• Doxxing
• Unauthorized intimate imagery
• Collecting passwords or phishing for credentials
• Unauthorized use of another person's images or content

13. Platform abuse

We prohibit:

• Bots, spam automation, malware, or viruses
• Unauthorized scraping or data harvesting
• Attempts to compromise Falifi systems or security
• Circumventing bans, blocks, or safety controls
• Abusing reporting tools or manipulating app functionality

14. Reporting and enforcement

Report violations with in-app tools or email support@falifi.com. Falifi may investigate and:

• Remove content
• Issue warnings
• Restrict features
• Suspend or permanently ban accounts
• Preserve information where legally required
• Cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate

15. No retaliation / abuse of reporting

We prohibit:

• Knowingly false reports
• Retaliating against people who report in good faith
• Manipulating the report or appeal process

16. Updates to this policy

Falifi may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date. Continued use of Falifi after an update means you accept the current version.
